Constantly bouncing between living out dreams and living out of means. And off either plate, I fork and love the taste.

“Well, whiles I am a beggar I will rail, and say there is no sin but to be rich, and being rich, my virtue then shall be to say there is no vice but beggary. Since kings break faith upon commodity, gain, be my lord, for I will worship thee.”

—Bastard, King John II.i.562

This is the single greatest thing if ever seen.

Young Broke and Tasteful 101

Make yourself a scotch, neat. Put on Pandora, the Miles Davis station. Safari Window shop on Ralph Lauren. It’ll make you feel good. You’re welcome.

“I wonder if Penelope Cruz knows that I love her.”

Generation Limbo?!

At first this article pissed me off then…well, I was still pissed off. One good thing has come out of this no job situation: more and more of my friends are pursuing their passion. And to me, that’s a good thing. Even if it does mean we wasted all this money on education. Well, I’m getting my M.F.A. So I guess I’m screwed huh? Middle finger to expectations of older generations whose greed ruined this country for us. Enjoy your social security old timers, its a gift to you from us, along with electing a non-white (BLACK) President, marriage equality, health care and green technology (by the way, stop returning that last one. Its a gift for us both so take it!) Love, Generation Limbo.

“Fellin’ It”

This is hilarious. Don Cheadle is the man.

This is the trailer for the play I’m in. It’s called Fourteen Flights. We just finished our run in the NYC Fringe last weekend. The play won the festival award for Best Direction and was the first selection of the Fringe Encore series. We’re doing a short encore run of the show at the Soho Playhouse. If you are around, PLEASE come check it out. Definitely worth it. Go to fourteenflights.com for more info.

Following Dreams + Pursuing Passion = Expensive

I mean expensive in the law of omission.
By now, I would have definitely been at the top of my class at Harvard Law.
Or top prospect at Harvard Business School or Wharton School of Business.
Shit, if nothing else I would have been the best damn retail clerk Ralph Lauren has ever seen.
But, I chose to follow my heart, dreams and passion.
It’s a decision I never regret.
However, when walking down Madison Ave. I must keep repeating: dreams.
When watching Selling New York I have to keep screaming: passion.
And when a Porshe zooms by I yell out: “fuck you, you sell out, I’m following my heart!”…and get on the bus.
